Robert & Janette Rudd
Waldheim, SK

Executive Director // Director of Finance

Robert and Janette grew up in Christian homes and trusted Jesus at a young age. Robert worked for his dad as a young teen and became a master electrician.
Janette completed her hotel and restaurant management diploma and an accounting diploma and worked in both industries.

They met at SAIT in Calgary while playing intramural volleyball and eventually married in 2003. They attended Grace Baptist Church in Airdrie, Alberta. Within 2 years, their marriage struggled. They met a missionary who taught them the Bible chronologically, eventually transforming their lives as they found hope and a new understanding of the Gospel through the lens of the Old Testament. This powerful understanding saved their struggling marriage.

Their zeal for spreading the certain hope of The Gospel grew, and they began filling their lives with outreach and Bible studies, volunteering their time and skills for missions. Eventually, they responded to the growing call to join missions full-time and officially joined a mission called GoodSeed in August 2012. They moved to Pambrun, Saskatchewan, to complete Rob's four-year Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Ministries with Millar College of the Bible.

After finishing their studies, they moved to Olds, Alberta. In 2018, God led them to join Impact Canada Ministries. During the Summer of 2022, they prayerfully accepted the role of Director for ICM and moved to Waldheim, Saskatchewan. Robert continues to study toward his master of Biblical studies. Robert and Janette are committed to the Mission of ICM to Reach Canadians with the Gospel and Mobilize Witnesses of Jesus Christ in Canada.

Along their journey, God blessed them with four children: Justus, Lincoln, Samara, and Tatiana.
