Make Our Missionaries YOUR Missionaries
Meet our missionaries and learn how to make them YOUR missionaries!
If you were to sit in on an informal lunch circle when missionaries are together, you might be surprised how often it comes up that one or the other confesses that their financial support level is dangerously low. They don't want to quit their mission work, but how will they meet their basic living costs?
By prayer they often find that God does bring in a surprise support gift just when it is most needed, but it can be quite stressful to live on the edge of faith like this all the time. Some misisonaries will take on other work, a secular job on the side - but of course, those are hours that they cannot spend in ministry.
We introduce our circle of missionaries and encourage you to consider a regular support gift for the ones of your choice, or even for all of them! Direct Deposit has become a tremendous blessing to those who have supporters who use it. It means they can count on that amount at regular intervals, and the supporter does not have to remember each month (or whatever intervals are chosen) to write and mail a cheque.
That way, the work YOUR missionaries do is also work for which God will reward you, since you partnered with those missionaries in support!
David said about those who had stayed behind to look after the supplies;
. . .But as his part is who goes down to the battle, so shall his part be who stays by the supplies; they shall share alike. (I Samuel 30:24 NKJV)
All it takes is for you to send in a sample of your cheque - by writing VOID across it, and indicating which missionary is to receive it, and how often. Our bookkeeper takes it to our financial institution where your banking numbers can be used to set up this automated giving. Many people find that a small regular gift like this turns into a larger gift annually than they would have felt able to give otherwise.
Since Western Tract Mission, Inc. is a registered charity, you receive receipts each month for income tax purposes.

To make arrangements for a speaker or a singer, you may contact the missionaries directly,or use our Contact Form to Reach Us and initiate planning dialogue. (Choose the Director, Arnold Stobbe, from the drop-down menu in the form, and he will forward your request to the right missionary).
Please note that each of these missionaries is trusting God for both prayer and financial support from friends like you. Sometimes things are rather lean, and some of them have had to take on other work to cover basic living costs. If you feel it is God's will for you to partner with them in ministry, they would all be most grateful!

For your convenience, we suggest a direct deposit directive, if you make a decision for regular, monthly giving. Not only does it help us to breathe easier, it saves you the bother of remembering to write a cheque and post it on a regular basis. Call or use our Contact Form to Reach Us to make the arrangements. (choose "donations" on the drop-down menu at the top of the form).
If you would prefer to give a one-time gift with your card via PayPal that is gratefully received too! Clicking this button will allow you to give one gift to be shared among all the missionaries. (PayPal will take a fee off for their services). Just click this Donate button, and make sure to indicate in your comment section that this gift is intended for the missionaries of your choice, or - for the general budget of the mission to use where most needed.
Use the links to the specific pages for each missionary or missionary couple to give to them specifically.
Of course, we are still happy to receive cheques in the mail too, despite what you may hear about cheques and real money becoming obsolete.
