Praise Day

Every day should be a praise day. But one day in seven the Lord Himself has appointed especially for His people's thanksgiving - the Lord's Day. They who praise Him on the Lord's Day tune their heart and voice for the rest of the week. Indeed, I may magnify His Name by my very observance of the Sabbath. Outside the Sanctuary, as well as within its hallowed walls, my regard for the Sabbath of the Lord my God will bear its witness and show reverence for His Name before the world in which my way is cast. Yes, I will praise Him on the Lord's Day.

But shall I not also raise a song of thanksgiving for the Lord's Day? It is His gift - a priceless heritage - which, though some may despise, He has taught me to cherish.
