Nature's Voice

The world of Nature around is my exemplar in unceasing praise to God when the Lord's praise is in my heart, and shames me if I am silent. The bright hues of the field flowers magnify His creative skill. The mountains and hills glorify Him and tell of His sustaining might. The cedars clap their hands in acclamation of His majesty. The birds of the air are His sweet choristers, while the mighty melody of the swelling deep sounds its Allelujahs.

These speak of Thee with loud acclaim,
They thunder forth Thy praise,
The glorious honor of Thy Name,
The wonder of Thy ways.
