What Then?

If you are religious, sincere, moral and do the best you can, but have never been born again when God's word says, "Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." (John 3:3) . . . . . .What Then?

If you have a nice home, lovely family, and economic security, yet die without a personal relationship with Jesus Christ . . . . . .What Then?

If you treat your fellowman fairly, and have a host of friends, but upon death hear Jesus say to you, "Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire." (Matthew 25:41). . . . . What Then?

If your life is filled with pleasure and thrills, but in eternity you are condemned to unending torture . . . . . . What Then?

If you suceed in business and find yourself at the top of the ladder, but God says to you, "You fool! This night your soul will be required of you." (Luke 12:20) . . . . . What Then?

If you laugh at the Bible, socrn religion and ignore all of God's invitation and warnings when God's word says, "He who is often reproved, and hardens his neck will suddenly be destroyed, and that wihtout remedy." (Proverbs 29:1) . . . . .What Then?

If you say there is no God, no heaven, no judgement, and no hell, and then you find in eternity that you were wrong . . . . . What Then?

God's Word says, "Behold, now is the accepted time, behold, now is the day of salvation." . . . . . .(2 Corinthians 6:2b)

What can you do now

Face the fact of God - "He who comes to God must believe that He is (exists), and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him."

(Hebrews 11:6)

Face the fact of sin - "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

(Romans 3:23)

Face the fact of accountability - "Each of us shall give account of himself to God."

(Romans 14:12)

Face the fact of God's provision - "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

(John 3:16)

Face the fact of your responsibility - "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

(Romans 10:9)

STOP doing the best you can and trust in what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you upon the cross of Calvary. "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."

(Ephesians 2:8-9)

STOP putting off the cliams of Christ upon your life. Tomorrow may be too late! "Seek the Lord while he may be found. Call upon Him while He is near." (Isaiah 55:6)

This prayer will help you:

"Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a sinner. I thank You for dying for my sins. I invite you to come into my life just now. i thank You for Your gift of eternal life and the presence of Your Holy Spirit. Amen."

What Then? Having asked Jesus Christ into your life, you know possess eternal life. "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." (I JOhn 5:12). Jesus has also promised; "I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am, there you will be also." (John 14:3).
