Dear fellow believers in Christ:
It is my privilege to report to you this year end of what God has been doing through WTM.
In Matthew 24:45-46, Jesus asks the question "Who then is the faithful and wise servant,.... to give them their food in due season?" Food can be physical and (or) spiritual. Jesus' ministry included feeding people, both physically and spiritually. His last command to us was to reach out in preaching and teaching to the whole world. I believe that WTM is following that great commission in its everyday operations.
Our ministry's highlight this year was the sending out "There is Hope" booklet to ten major cities in Saskatchewan. From the results that came back, about 72% wanted lesson material to study or help in finding a church. About 12% were negative responses. Our over all opinion is that it was a very positive way of getting God's message to people in Saskatchewan. It is our hope that you will make it possible to get this booklet out to the rest of Saskatchewan by your continued financial support of WTM.
Our Mailbox Club is another exciting area of ministry for this year. We have 1113 students, of which there are 678 who are actively studying the Bible. 406 of these are just new since January of this year.
Our website gives us access to the whole world. Our tracts and other information is there for anyone to read and download.
Our finances are down some this year. There was an excellent response to get the booklet out at the expense of our general operation part of the budget. We need a good response financially this December to bring that area back up to where it should be.
In closing, I would like to thank all of our faithful supporters, our volunteer workers, our staff, board members and our Lord Jesus especially for making this possible.
