Greetings again faithful ones of Western Tract Mission!
Another year has slipped into eternity and so have many lost souls. Praise God that many have had the opportunity to hear about God before that happened, or will happen, because of WTM. I couldn't help but think of I Corinthians 3:5-9 when I began to write this letter. Paul points out that each of us has a specific duty to do in God's kingdom but it is still God only that gives the increase. We are His workers to get His will done here on earth. Many of you have been faithful in giving, helping and praying for WTM. Thank you!
The word has gone out in tracts and Bible lessons but only God knows how effective those tracts and lessons have been. Not nearly everyone tells us if tracts have been read when sent out through Impact Canada. More people are looking at our website but again only God knows what the increase will be. We have about 500 people enrolled in the Mailbox Club. Pray that all of these will be challenged to follow the word as the lessons reveal.
Some Board members moved along to some other calling and again the Lord provided replacements so we still have a functioning Board. We had several of our long term renters leave us and again the Lord has provided several renters to replace these. We set a budget last year and it would appear that by year-end the Lord and you will balance that budget.
Here are some prayer needs for this coming year:
1. Pray that tracts and the website will continue to reach the lost.
2. Pray that workers will have the right answers to questions asked.
3. Pray for the Harbidges, our mission missionaries.
4. Pray that people will continue to support the mission financially. When we have a balanced budget we can continue all of our programs.
