The Choice is Yours is a small, plain booklet written by Gilbert Sommert. With
appropriate references, the reader is shown the eternal choices before us, how
we must go all the way in our commitment to Christ when He becomes our choice.
There are some positive steps we must take with that choice, but choose we must.
What if the reader is a Christian, but not an obedient one? Mr. Sommert had
good counsel for such a person too.
He covers a clear picture of who Christ Jesus really is, and issues the call
again in the last chapter, to decide - where will you choose to spend eternity?
The printed copy of this booklet has a rather fine type, but if you are able to
go online with your computer, you can download a digital e-booklet, where you
can stretch the pages as large as you like, and increase the size of the text
to one comfortable for your eyes. Just type this into your browser;

Mailbag - A Gospel Sign on a Bike
I received your paper called Reflections and read it with interest. I read
Pastor Les Shiels article on how God used a Gospel sign.
In my teen years I had already accepted Christ as my Saviour. I bought a new
balloon-tired bike at Lawrence Hardware in White Fox, Sask. After I had bought
this bike I put a Gospel sign on the back fender of it. I don't remember the
words on the sign any more, but a former Sunday School student from Vanderhoof,
British Colombia, reminded me one time, that he still remembered the Gospel
sign I had on my bike.
I used this bike in summer mission work to reach boys and girls for Jesus Christ.
Later, when I went to Liberia, West Africa, I took this bike along and
used it for outreach. The purpose of going to Africa was for missionary service.
So when I see a Gospel sign or a Scripture verse in a farmer's field, it
delights my heart that witness is going forth.
